An exceptional opportunity to be part of the Finance Business Partnering (FBP) Tower team within Group Finance Shared Services (GFSS). You will manage accounting, reporting, planning, and analysis requirements for the contract / business unit. You will be responsible for controlling, processing, and consolidating monthly results and forecasts. Additionally, you will undertake key project activities and liaise with the subunit / center team for your respective Business Units.

• Month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and analysis of P&L and balance sheet impacts.
• Timely and accurate delivery of financial results for contracts/CFUs, accompanied by clear and insightful performance commentary.
• Ownership of P&L and balance sheet consolidation and reporting for contracts/units, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Accountable for monthly reporting, outlook preparation, and Medium-Term Planning (MTP) in collaboration with business and finance stakeholders.
• Support for financial controls, compliance, and audit requirements, including risk assessments and resolution of audit queries.
• Effective stakeholder communication and engagement, including coordination with FBPs, Finance Controllers, and Sector Leads.

• Qualified / semi accountant or finance professional with hands-on experience in forecasting, planning, and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial standards, with a proven ability to apply them effectively in a business context.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and project coordination, adept at delivering results under tight deadlines and navigating ambiguity.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and drive data-informed decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Clear and concise communicator, capable of presenting financial performance insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player who holds others accountable through a supportive yet challenging approach, consistently meeting personal and team commitments.

Required Experience

• Experience in accounting, planning, forecasting, and management reporting within large-scale organizations – Mandatory
• Strong skills in challenging the status quo, continuous learning, and driving innovation – Mandatory.
