Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and program SMT machines to support PCB production.
- Handling DEK Printer / YG200 / YV88 machines.
- Ensure proper component placement and machine accuracy.
- Troubleshoot machine errors and maintain production quality.
- Monitor SMT line performance and reduce rejection rate.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Mandatory experience as SMT Programmer / SMT Operator
- Hands-on experience in DEK Printer / YG200 / YV88
- Knowledge of PCB assembly & reflow processes
- Minimum 1–3years SMT experience preferred
- Ability to work in 12-hour shift
