Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Python Developer with strong expertise in TypeScript, Rust, CI/CD, and AWS. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems and microservices, while leading a team of developers and ensuring the scalability and reliability of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of backend systems using Python and related frameworks.
  • Integrate and optimize services using TypeScript and Rust for performance-critical components.
  • Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment.
  • Work closely with DevOps to manage infrastructure and deployments on AWS.
  • Drive best practices in coding, testing, and system design across the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10–12 years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a lead role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with knowledge of frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Practical experience with TypeScript and Rust (backend systems preferred).
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, ECS, EC2, S3, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
