We're now looking for a Video Editor who understands that a wedding film isn't just an edit - it's a heartbeat captured in motion.

Your Role

You'll be the storyteller who weaves together laughter, tears, chaos, and calm - transforming hours of footage into films that feel as alive as the day itself. From cinematic highlight films to social edits and teasers, you'll give shape and soul to memories.

What You'll Do

  • Edit wedding films, teasers, and reels that carry emotional depth and cinematic storytelling.
  • Craft narratives from raw footage that flow seamlessly and stay true to each couple's journey.
  • Sync audio, dialogues, speeches, and ambient sounds to heighten emotional resonance.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team and cinematographers to maintain the studio's visual tone and storytelling style.
  • Add licensed music, sound design, and color touches that enhance the visual mood.
  • Organize project files and ensure timely delivery for multiple ongoing edits.

What You Bring

  • Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro is a plus).
  • An editors instinct for storytelling, emotion, pacing, and rhythm.
  • Experience editing wedding films, documentaries, or cinematic narratives.
  • A good sense of music and sound — knowing when to let silence breathe.
  • Basic understanding of color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
  • The ability to work independently while staying in sync with a creative team.

Bonus Points If You

  • Have worked with wedding studios or storytelling-driven projects.
  • Know your way around After Effects or other motion design tools.
  • Can think visually — shaping mood and tone beyond the timeline.
  • Believe in the power of subtlety and emotion more than flashy edits.
