
Front Office Receptionist

Role & responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm, courteous, and professional demeanour.
- Manage the front desk operations including phone handling, email correspondence, and visitor log management.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and maintain conference room availability.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and manage internal document flow.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
- Manage hospitality requirements for guests, including refreshments and meeting arrangements.
- Support HR/Admin with onboarding procedures, asset issuance, and ID cards.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive internal or client-facing interactions.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBM, BBA, BA, etc.).
14 years of experience in a front office, reception, or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language (Kannada).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and basic knowledge of office management systems.
Presentable, polite, and composed under pressure.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
High emotional intelligence and professionalism in interactions.
Preference will be given to Immediate joiners
