Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to assist in managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and boosting our brand presence online. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Support the team in planning and executing social media campaigns.
  • Brainstorm creative ideas for reels, stories, posts, and trending content.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant hashtags.
  • Engage with users: respond to comments, messages, and maintain community interaction.
  • Coordinate with the design and video teams for content creation.
  • Track and report basic social media metrics (reach, engagement, views, etc.).
  • Maintain an organized content calendar.
  • Help with on-ground activities like event coverage (photos, videos, reels).

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of major social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with good storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or simple editing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills (English/Hindi).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
