Role Description

This is a full-time on-site E-Commerce Executive role located in Thane. The E-Commerce Executive will oversee the daily operations of our online sales platforms, manage customer accounts, manage listings, handle sales, and develop strategies for increasing online revenue. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, managing product listings, managing inventory levels, packaging, product pricing. coordinating with the sales team, and providing excellent customer support to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and performance tracking
  • Experience in E-Commerce Account Management and Sales
  • Skills in Team Management and Sales Management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or retail is beneficial
