We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead BA

Principal responsibilities

  1. Participate in Workshops with business Team to refine Requirements
  2. Prepare Analysis Document, API Contract, Data Mapping, Sequence Diagram, EPICs and User Stories
  3. Interact with Architect and Technical Engineering Lead to prepare above list documents
  4. Handover Stories to POD
  5. Resolve queries raised by POD
  6. Work with Transformation team to build Implementation Guide
  7. Prepare EPICs, Stories in JIRA

Requirements

  1. Having 8-10 years of experience in Analysis stream
  2. Candidate needs to be well versed with the banking domain (Customer onboarding, Payments, Retail Banking, Open banking) including digital/API banking
  3. This role demands responsibility for prioritizing the work with the Product Owner, clarifying requirements, responsible performing gap analysis, coordinate with different teams & stakeholders, assist in testing, and actively get involved in production issues.
  4. Participate and contribute to the relevant workshops (business and IT) which aims to clarify requirements and scope definition.
  5. Understanding of Agile, Scrum and associate software's like Jira, Confluence.
  6. Good understanding of Agile practices (Writing detailed Jira stories)
  7. Strong documentation skills are preferred
  8. Strong experience in stakeholder management
  9. Great interpersonal and communication skills i.e. both verbal & written
  10. Good time-management skills
