Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele-Caller position based in Noida. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential donors or clients, engaging them effectively, and encouraging participation or support for the company's partnered non-profit campaigns. The Tele-Caller will also be tasked with addressing inquiries, understanding client needs, maintaining detailed call records, and achieving assigned targets to contribute to fundraising goals. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with stakeholders while adhering to company protocols.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively over the phone
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities for customer acquisition and donor engagement
  • Understanding of sales and marketing concepts, with a focus on direct sales
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain detailed records of client interactions
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset are essential
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office tools
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome; no prior experience required but a passion for communication and outreach is key
