Landscape Draftsman

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape Draftsman to join our Master Planning and Landscape Architecture team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality landscape drawings, detailed layouts, and construction documentation for large-scale master planning, public realm, and private development projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of landscape design principles, site detailing, and technical documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed landscape drawings, including layout plans, planting plans, grading, paving, irrigation layouts, and construction details.
• Translate conceptual and schematic designs into detailed working drawings (GFC drawings).
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP consultants, and structural teams to ensure design integration and technical accuracy.
• Develop hardscape and softscape details such as pathways, seating areas, boundary walls, planters, pergolas, decks, gazebos, and water features.
• Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency, and documentation standards across all project stages.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, or clients.
• Prepare presentation drawings, site plans, and master plans as required by the design team.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation for landscape components.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / BE in Civil, Architecture, or Landscape Drafting (or equivalent qualification).

• Experience: 5 to 15yrs

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of landscape detailing, planting design, grading, and site construction drawings.
• Ability to interpret design concepts and produce clear, accurate technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality and deadlines.
