Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior XR Game Developer with a strong command over Unreal Engine and a passion for immersive technology. You will lead the development of high-end XR experiences, working closely with designers, artists, and developers to make next-gen XR projects.

Lead game development and optimization of XR applications using Unreal Engine.

Architect, implement, and maintain core systems for XR games and experiences.

Collaborate with designers and artists to integrate gameplay features and visuals.

Drive performance profiling, debugging, and hardware optimization across XR platforms.

Stay updated with emerging XR trends and suggest innovative technical solutions.

Mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in game development with a focus on XR technologies.

Advance-level proficiency in Unreal Engine (Blueprints & C++).

Solid understanding of XR SDKs, spatial tracking, interaction design, and performance optimization.

Experience working on XR platforms such as Meta Quest.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
