As a Senior Consultant, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology by translating complex manufacturing requirements into scalable, efficient MES solutions. You will also play a key role in project delivery, training, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead full lifecycle implementations of DELMIA Apriso MES across manufacturing clients spanning various industries.

- Configure and customize Apriso modules such as Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Logistics to meet client-specific needs.

- Develop extensions or enhancements using Apriso tools and scripting as required.

- Engage with stakeholders and business users to gather detailed requirements.

- Map business processes and requirements to DELMIA Apriso capabilities.

- Design optimized MES solutions that improve operational efficiency, traceability, and compliance.

- Design and execute integrations between Apriso and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other enterprise applications.

- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization to maintain accuracy and consistency.

- Own project deliverables, timelines, and budgets in coordination with project managers and clients.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior consultants and developers.

- Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders effectively.

- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes to improve system stability and performance.

- Provide post-deployment support, including user training, documentation, and process improvement recommendations.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams and internal stakeholders.

- Develop user manuals, best practice guides, and technical documentation.

- Stay current with DELMIA Apriso product updates, manufacturing industry trends, and MES best practices.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with DELMIA Apriso MES implementations and configuration.

- Proven track record leading complex MES projects and delivering end-to-end solutions.

Technical Skills :

- Deep knowledge of DELMIA Apriso modules : Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Logistics.

- Experience with integration technologies (APIs, middleware) and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop floor control, and industry standards.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and driving project success.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
