Instrek is hiring: Digital Marketing Intern

  • Position: Digital Marketing Intern
  • Location: Delhi
  • Duration: 6 months (Full-time)
  • Stipend: ₹10,000/month

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, understands social media trends, and is passionate about building a brand's online presence. You'll assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube).
  • Support content creation – including posts, blogs, reels, and email newsletters.
  • Conduct keyword research and basic SEO activities to improve online visibility.
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team for creatives and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and suggest new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing).
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Mailchimp is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Creative mindset and eagerness to learn.
