Dear Sir,

HVAC tendering engineer/Back end support is

responsible for preparing and submitting bids for HVAC projects, ensuring that they are competitive and compliant with project requirements

. They analyze project specifications, develop cost estimates, and collaborate with other departments to finalize bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Preparation:

Analyze project specifications, requirements, and drawings to prepare accurate and comprehensive tender documents.

Cost Estimation:

Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment based on project requirements.

Bid Submission:

Prepare and submit competitive bids within specified deadlines.

Compliance:

Ensure bids comply with project specifications, regulations, and industry standards.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support to other departments during the bidding process, including answering technical questions and providing detailed specifications.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, project management, and other relevant teams to ensure successful bid submissions.

Review and Analysis:

Evaluate bids from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best value for the project.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all tender activities, including bid submissions and project specifications.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.

Cost Estimation: Experience in preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects.

Tendering Experience: Experience in preparing and submitting tenders for HVAC projects.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD or other design software.

Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all aspects of the tender

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹700,000.00 per month
