Program Manager – Mobility Operations

Role description:

At Arcadis-IBI, we looking for Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives, deliver high-impact outcomes, and drive operational excellence across mobility programmes and projects. The role is responsible for business

growth, client engagement, solution innovation, and end-to-end delivery oversight. It involves steering multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals while consistently achieving performance, quality, and commercial targets.

Role accountabilities:

• Lead planning and execution of projects/programs to ensure on-time, quality, and

cost-efficient delivery.

• Drive innovation and solution development aligned with business strategy and client

needs.

• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

• Support strategic pursuits through proposal inputs, solution articulation, and

presentations.

• Lead and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and performance.

• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.

• Promote process improvements and digital transformation opportunities.

• Anticipate and manage risks, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance

standards.

• Mentor and develop team members for capability enhancement.

• Represent the business unit in key strategic and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Planning, Management, or Business.

• 10–15 years of experience in mobility/transport/urban infrastructure, smart city or

technology - ITS projects.

• Prior experience in project/program management, strategy, operations, or solution

development roles.

• Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering innovative,

data-driven solutions.
