Role & responsibilities

  1. New Business Acquisition

  2. To achieve business acquisition targets as per KPI

  3. To maintain strong additional RFQ pipeline
  4. To promote new product and new customer diversification

  5. Sales Target Achievement

  6. To achieve LTBP Sales Target

  7. To explore avenues for additional Sales Potential and achieve
  8. To achieve PR Plan in line to the target and manage unexpected price reduction demands Monitor and improve sales performance and recovery

  9. EBIT Improvement

  10. To secure new business in line with PBT Guideline

  11. To sustain existing business in line with PBT Guideline Sales Strategy
  12. To prepare long term growth strategy in line with evolving market
  13. Business sales strategy and direction, under the collaboration with customer/segment and HQ Achieve top-line targets

  14. Diversification

  15. Identify the new business RFQ opportunities and fix the diversification target area

  16. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership

  17. MI

  18. Collect and monitoring market intelligence

  19. Setup the Sales/ Quotation strategy based on MI

  20. Team Management

  21. Encourage

  22. innovation and ownership among team members
