- To explore avenues for additional Sales Potential and achieve
To achieve PR Plan in line to the target and manage unexpected price reduction demands Monitor and improve sales performance and recovery
EBIT Improvement
To secure new business in line with PBT Guideline
- To sustain existing business in line with PBT Guideline Sales Strategy
- To prepare long term growth strategy in line with evolving market
Business sales strategy and direction, under the collaboration with customer/segment and HQ Achieve top-line targets
Diversification
Identify the new business RFQ opportunities and fix the diversification target area
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership
MI
Collect and monitoring market intelligence
Setup the Sales/ Quotation strategy based on MI
