About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sr. Technical Program Manager to support our Research Development (RD) team. This is an individual contributor role and will work closely with the leadership team to manage cross-functional technical projects, optimise operational processes.

The role requires strong knowledge of software development methodologies, cloud technologies, excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.

What Youll Do:

Project Management

  • Drive engineering programs and releases from idea to delivery to deployment
  • Shall be responsible for defining the program governance
  • Champion long-term, scalable processes that support the growing needs of our company
  • Drive end to end delivery across CI/CD, Release Testing Performance, Application Security, Production Operations, Production Engineering and SRE.
  • Lead system driven Observability and Reliability programs across multiple verticals with monolithic and microservices architectures.
  • Establish KPI framework for Quality, Speed, MTTD and MTTR to improve predictable releases, Platform availability and Uptime.
  • Drive the prioritization, scope, and schedule of product activities, working closely with architects and engineering leads
  • Experience in managing challenging stakeholders and provide regular executive reports on program performance to senior management
  • Go-to-person for all Project related information

Collaboration With Leadership

  • Serve as a key partner to the RD leadership team by providing regular updates.
  • Support leadership in prioritizing RD projects and aligning resources with strategic goals.
  • Prepare and share weekly status report and provide visibility to leadership

Cross-Functional Operations Reviews

  • Lead and conduct operational reviews, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Host and facilitate critical cross-functional meetings to drive decision-making and ensure smooth execution of RD projects.
  • Drive process improvements and share best practices across the organization.

What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelor s/Master degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 12+years experience and above in project management, operations, preferably within an RD or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong program management and leadership experience, with ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, SaaS business models, and software development methodologies and lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google sheets, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with the ability to conduct operational reviews and host critical cross-functional meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with RD processes and product development cycles including Cloud Infrastructure, AI/ML Data modeling and DevOps.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving environment at a Cloud Software organization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead operational improvements and drive efficiency gains.
  • Oversee multiple technical initiatives that streamline internal operations, ensuring they align with business goals.
