Experience : 6 Years (Relevant in SailPoint IdentityNow ( minimum).

Location : Remote/Hybrid-(Hyderabad).

Shift : US Hours (6pm-3am IST).

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) - ISC Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow modules, REST APIs, connector development, and cloud identity integrations to deliver secure, scalable, and automated identity lifecycle management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) solutions, including Identity Security Cloud (ISC) modules.

- Configure and manage Identity Cubes, Lifecycle Events, Access Requests, Access Certifications, and Password Management.

- Develop and maintain custom connectors using SailPoint's Cloud Governance (Connector Gateway / SaaS Connectors).

- Design and implement rules, workflows, and transforms for provisioning, reconciliation, and access reviews.

- Integrate IDN with target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.)

- Utilize REST APIs and web services for system integrations and automation.

- Implement and manage Access Profiles, Roles, and Entitlements for compliance and least-privilege access.

- Configure IdentityNow governance processes - Certifications, Access Reviews, Policy Violations, and Role-based Access Control (RBAC).

- Troubleshoot synchronization, provisioning, and connectivity issues.

- Collaborate with security architects, IAM engineers, and application teams for onboarding and governance enhancements.

- Participate in deployment planning, documentation, and production support.

- Ensure alignment with organizational security, compliance, and DevSecOps best practices.

Required Technical Skills :

SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN)

- Deep hands-on experience with modules such as :

- Identity Lifecycle Management.

- Access Certifications.

- Access Requests & Approval Workflows.

- Password Management & Synchronization.

- Cloud Governance (Connector Gateway).

- SailPoint ISC (Identity Security Cloud) - Configuration and integration experience.

- Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, and JSON scripting for rule customization.

- Experience with REST APIs, SCIM, and Webhooks.

- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts - provisioning, reconciliation, RBAC, SOD policies.

- Exposure to cloud identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping, etc.) and on-prem directories (LDAP, AD).

- Familiarity with DevOps tools - Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence for code deployment and CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with PowerShell / Python scripting for automation.

- Understanding of OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OpenID Connect protocols.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in identity provisioning flows.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with SailPoint IIQ or migration from IIQ to IDN.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) and secrets management tools (CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault).

- Experience implementing Identity Governance as a Service (IGAaaS) models.

Certification : SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer / IdentityNow Professional preferred.
