  1. Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary

  2. Preparing financial analyses and reports. Preparing the data and updating monthly GSTR 1 3B for filing GST Input Reconciliation with 2A 2B - Monthly basis. TDS Reconciliation with Monthly billings

  3. Manage all accounting transactions

  4. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

  5. Updating monthly trackers like Contractors, Credit Notes, FA, Rent, MSME Vendor List, Invoice Tracker

  6. Preparing and analyzing Vendor Accruals monthly

  7. Reviewing financial documents to resolve any discrepancies and irregularities

  8. Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information

  9. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

  10. Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets

  11. Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts

  12. Assisting with annual audit preparations

  13. Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance

  14. Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns

  15. Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures

  16. Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned

  17. Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances

  18. Preparing financial statements

  19. Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses

  20. Assisting in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management

  21. Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules

  22. Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

  23. Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting audits

  24. Conduct regular ledger maintenance

  25. Coordinating accounting functions and programs

Must be expert in Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
