Role & responsibilities

  • Drive secondary sales and ensure visibility and availability in general trade outlets.
  • Build and manage strong trade relationships; provide value to both customers and consumers.
  • Expand distribution coverage and improve merchandising of Del Montes product portfolio.
  • Identify and manage distribution partners; oversee their salesforce and ensure FIFO compliance.
  • Identify outlets for Point of Sales Material (POSM) deployment.
  • Handle customer negotiations, operational issue resolution, and consumer complaints.
  • Support in sales forecasting and budget execution.
  • Train distributor salesmen and logistics staff; monitor performance and reporting.

Requirement:

  • Experience Required: 3-6 years in retail channel (preferably FMCG Food/Beverage)
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales (mandatory)

Should have geographical understanding of Ahmedabad.

Experience of team handing and General Trade sales.
