- Monitor patient vitals, progress, and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle emergency cases under supervision.
- Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams for smooth patient management.
- Support medication management and pharmacy-related clinical activities.
- Ensure timely updates to consultants regarding patient condition.
Requirements:
- Pharm.D qualification is mandatory.
- 3–4 years of clinical or hospital experience.
