Role & responsibilities

Website Design & Development

  • Develop responsive, user-friendly websites for the company and its clients using WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, Wix or similar CMS platforms.
  • Customize website themes and layouts to match brand identity and client requirements.
  • Integrate necessary functionalities such as contact forms, live chat, payment gateways, appointment schedulers, and analytics tools.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-optimized and follow UI/UX best practices.

SEO & Digital Presence Management

  • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, meta tags, schema markup, and site structure.

  • Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in website design and development (portfolio required).
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress (themes, plugins, customizations), Elementor and familiarity with other CMS platforms like Webflow, Squarespace, or Wix.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for customizations.
  • Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast, Rank Math).
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  • Ability to integrate third-party APIs and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in creating websites for logistics, trucking, or SaaS product companies.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, social media integration, and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM integration (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma).
