Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Kindergarten Principal
located in Srinagar. The Kindergarten Principal will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kindergarten, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children, managing staff, developing and implementing curriculum, and maintaining compliance with educational standards and regulations. Additional duties include fostering communication with parents, ensuring student growth, and maintaining a positive school culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, and Educational Leadership
• Strong Organizational Skills, Interpersonal Communication, and Staff Management abilities
• Knowledge of Child Development, Safety Standards, and Educational Compliance
• Ability to foster a Positive and Inclusive Learning Environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a school setting is highly desirable
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
