Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Design Faculty based in Mumbai. The Graphic Design Faculty will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons on graphic design principles, tools, and techniques. Responsibilities include mentoring students, preparing course materials, assessing student projects, and providing constructive feedback to foster learning and growth. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on the latest industry trends and incorporating them into curriculum and workshops.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Graphic Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar software
  • Experience with Digital Illustration, Visual Storytelling, and Typography
  • Strong knowledge of Motion Graphics, Layout Design, and Brand Identity Creation
  • Ability to effectively teach and mentor learners on creative design concepts and techniques
  • Strong research and presentation skills to develop and deliver curriculum materials
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Prior teaching or industry experience in graphic design is an added advantage
