Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Botany Faculty based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Botany Faculty will be responsible for conducting daily classes, preparing lesson plans, evaluating student progress, providing academic mentorship, and assisting with the development of study materials and resources. The role involves collaborating with other faculty members and supporting students in achieving excellent results in their NEET preparation.

**SALARY - Upto 10lpa

**LOCATION - Central Avenue, Kolkata, West Bengal

**Experience - Minimum 3 to 4 years in teaching Botany (Freshers not eligible)

*BENGALI SPEAKING PREFERABLE**

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Botany
  • Experience in teaching or tutoring students preparing for NEET or similar competitive exams
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and study materials
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and support students academically and emotionally
  • Collaborative skills to work effectively with other faculty members
  • Master's or PhD degree in Botany or related field
  • Experience with educational technology and digital learning tools is a plus
  • Must be able to draft question papers.
