Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related fields.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions using Microsoft Azure.
  • Hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks, ADF, Azure SQL, Data Lake Storage, and Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in ETL/ELT development, pipeline orchestration, and performance optimization.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts (Kimball/Inmon), and big data technologies.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, SQL, and Spark.
  • Experience in managing data security, compliance, and governance in large enterprises.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Azure certifications such as Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data workloads.
  • Exposure to MDM (Master Data Management) and data catalog tools.
