Job Title: Social Media Executive (1–2 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing brand presence across platforms. If you're creative, analytical, and passionate about digital trends, this is your opportunity to grow with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, reels).

Monitor performance using analytics tools and generate performance reports.

Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align campaigns.

Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.

Engage with the community—respond to comments, messages, and mentions.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Solid understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.

Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and ad management is a plus.

Bonus Skills:

Experience in running paid campaigns.

Knowledge of SEO or influencer marketing.

Ability to create basic visuals/reels using tools like Canva or CapCut.
