We are looking for a highly efficient and discreet Personal Assistant to a celebrity based in Dubai. The role primarily involves travelling with the principal for shoots, events, and engagements, ensuring smooth coordination, logistics, and personal assistance at all times. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable managing both personal and professional aspects of the principal's schedule.
Key Responsibilities:- Travel extensively with the principal for shoots, events, and personal or professional commitments.
- Handle daily schedule management, appointments, and reminders.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, visas, and local arrangements.
- Assist with packing/unpacking and ensuring all essentials are in place during travel.
- Manage on-ground coordination during shoots and events.
- Oversee personal shopping, errands, and gift sourcing when required.
- Liaise with household staff, vendors, and management teams for smooth operations.
- Manage emails, WhatsApp communication, and maintain discretion at all times.
- Handle documentation, bills, and expense tracking.
- Escort and assist the principal at meetings or public appearances as needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and travel coordination tools.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and long working hours.
- Experience in celebrity management or working with high-profile individuals preferred.
- Well-presented, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
- Flexibility to travel internationally and work across varying schedules is a must.
- Discretion, reliability, and a calm demeanor are essential traits.
- Candidates based in or open to relocation to Dubai will be preferred.
