Urgent Requirement of Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Oversight: Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL and revenue recognition.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Involve in budgeting cycles by providing historical data to strategy team and monitor variances with reasons of variances.
- ERP implementation: Implement new ERP finance system in the company for the merged entity by working with the respective stakeholders.
- Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal control policies.
- Audit Management: Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare the reasons for findings of these audits.
- Outstanding Management: Coordinate with the sales teams to get the collections from the customers as per the credit period allowed
- Cash Flow & Treasury: Monitor liquidity and optimize working capital by managing collections & payment patterns.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial systems and workflows.
- Team Management: Manage the finance team of Radiology and Pathology verticals, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
