Overview As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, customization, and support of SAP FICO solutions within our organization. You will be responsible for optimizing the utilization of SAP FICO modules and ensuring seamless integration with other business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP FICO implementation.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain SAP FICO modules to meet business needs.
  • Provide expertise in financial and management accounting processes within the SAP ERP system.
  • Integrate SAP FICO with other modules such as MM, SD, and HR for end-to-end business process integration.
  • Design and implement financial reporting solutions using SAP FICO tools.
  • Support end users in understanding and utilizing SAP FICO functionalities through training and documentation.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to SAP FICO configuration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SAP FICO with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated with SAP FICO best practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a SAP FICO Consultant or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FICO functionalities to align with business processes.
  • Strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to perform SAP FICO system testing, data migration, and end-user training.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Certification in SAP FICO is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP and business process integration.
