Role Description

The Tour Planner role at Bharat Rover is a full-time on-site position located in Greater Noida West. The Tour Planner will be responsible for designing itineraries, creating insider guides and crafting travel stories to enhance the travel experience for our customers. Daily tasks include coordinating with travel partners, managing bookings and cancellations, and providing exceptional customer support. The Tour Planner will also handle customer inquiries, offer personalized travel solutions, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for all clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing itineraries and creating travel stories
• Strong coordination and management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer support
• Knowledge of the travel industry and booking systems
• Proficiency in using travel planning software and tools
• Ability to work on-site in Greater Noida West
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field is preferred
