Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP Engineer located in Bhubaneswar. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in various projects. Daily tasks will include coordinating MEP activities, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with building codes, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other project stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and Building Services
- Strong Electrical Engineering and Plumbing skills
- Experience in MEP Coordination
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
