Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:

MEP Works inspection:

• Preparation of Method statements, Checklists, formats, QAP and ITP.
• Material inspections as per approved TDS & Technical details.
• Work inspections as per approved Drawings.
• Documents preparation and approval from client.
• Vendor inspections for Major equipment. , Commissioning and Handover activities.

HVAC Activities:

• Chillers, Cooling towers, Chemical dosing system and Pumps Installation inspection.
• AHU, CSU & FCU's Installation inspection.
• Ducting (GSS & PIR) and Piping (Condenser & Chilled water) installation.
• Insulation works for Ducting (Acoustic & Thermal) & Piping (Chilled water).
• Air Distribution products like Dampers (Fire dampers & Volume control dampers), Grills and discs.
• Ventilation Fans (Jet fans, Axial fans & Cabinet fans) installation inspection.
• Electrical panels inspection, cable trays & Earth strip installation & Cables installation inspections.
• Duct testing (Light, Smoke & Pressure), pipe testing (Hydro) and Testing and commissioning of all equipment.

Firefighting activities:

• Supply and installation inspection of Firefighting pipes like Hydrant lines & Sprinkler lines.
• Pipe welding inspections and hydro testing for leakages.
• Pumps Installation, testing and commissioning.
• Piping supports, Fittings and accessories installation inspection.
• Ball valves, Butterfly valves and strainers installation inspection.
• FHC Cabinets & Sprinklers (Pendant, Upright & Sidewall) Inspections.
• Testing and commissioning of all equipment.

Plumbing:

• Installation inspection of Piping(UPVC, CPVC, GI & CI).
• Installation inspection, Testing and Commissioning of Pump room works.
• Installation inspection of fittings, elbows, traps and joints.
• Supporting installation inspection.
• Slope test and gravity test of piping.
• Installation inspection of Drain piping and soil piping.
• Testing & Commissioning of all equipment.

Electrical:

• Installation inspection of Transformer & Electrical panels. v Installation inspection of cable tray, earth strip & Cables.
• Meagering, High-voltage and Functioning tests.
• Inspection of earthings for all the equipment.
• Testing and Commissioning of all the electrical equipment.

Welding and NDT Inspections:

• Pipeline (Pressure shaft) fabrication and erection activities inspection at site.
• Welding and NDT activities inspection at site and fabrication yard.
• Welding activities Inspection in SMAW,SAW,GMAW & GTAW.
• Preparation of welding procedure specification (WPS), Procedure qualification record (PQR), and Welder performance qualification (WPQ).
• Interpretation and implementation of drawings, by using AUTOCAD software.
• Guiding design department to changes of drawings as built as per site condition.
• Preparation of welding, NDT and Fabrication & Erection procedures.
• Inspection of pipeline welding based on WPS during fabrication and erection.
• Non-Destructive tests for welded joints like Visual inspection, Liquid Penetrant test, Magnetic particle test, Ultrasonic test and Radiography test.
• Inspection of painting thickness by using different DFT gauges.
• Following IS codes, AWS, ASME sections and ASTM during inspection.

Structures Inspection (MMS&PEB):

• Inspection of structures like ISHB, ISMB, ISMC, ISA, purlins, columns, rafters and fasteners.
• Implementation of drawings based on available data for PEB fabrication parts by using AUTOCAD software.
• Inspection of welding activities during PEB parts fabrication.
• Inspection of pre-engineered building (PEB) structures during fabrication and erection.
• Inspection of Module mounting structure works as per drawings at site.
• Inspection of painting thickness by using different DFT gauges.
• Inspection of structural parts at vendor's fabrication yard or workshop.

Other Inspections & Documentation:

• Inspection and implementation of planning drawings as per site condition and giving suggestions to changes in drawings by using AUTOCAD software
• Inspection of pressure test and water leakage test in Pressure shaft.
• Inspection of draft tube and diffuser segments of Francis turbines.
• Inspection of hydro plant gates, turbine blades and nozzles.
• Following organization QAP and formats during inspection and documentation.
• Review of Material test certificates and calibration reports.
• Preparing and maintaining Quality formats documentation and reports.
