Job Title: Factory Incharge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Agriculture, or related fields.

• Deep knowledge and expertise in biofertilizers and biopesticides.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring smooth production processes.

2. Utilize expertise in science, biotech, microbiology, and agriculture to manage and enhance biofertilizer and biopesticide production.

3. Coordinate with research and development teams to implement innovative and sustainable practices.

4. Monitor quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality biofertilizers and biopesticides.

5. Supervise and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance and support.

6. Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline production schedules and optimize resource utilization.

7. Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.

8. Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory, and quality control parameters.

9. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in biofertilizer and biopesticide production.
