We are looking for a skilled
DevSecOps Engineer
to join our high-performance engineering and cybersecurity team. In this role, you will build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, integrate automated security controls, strengthen cloud/container security, and collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams to deliver resilient, scalable, and secure systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build secure, automated CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
  • Integrate security checks (SAST, SCA, DAST, container scanning) into pipelines
  • Standardize environment promotion workflows (Dev → Test → Stage → Prod)
  • Implement shift-left practices to catch issues early
  • Enforce branch protection, code review standards, and pre-merge quality checks
  • Integrate secrets management solutions into pipelines
  • Secure Kubernetes clusters, container images, and deployment environments
  • Harden cloud infrastructure based on CIS/NCA benchmarks
  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code security
  • Improve observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk
  • Integrate deployments with SOC/SIEM for real-time security visibility
  • Support deployment incident response, rollback, and root-cause analysis
  • Develop DevSecOps guidelines, best practices, and technical standards
  • Track and report DevOps & security KPIs (MTTR, CFR, DORA metrics)

Key Requirements

4–8+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps roles

Strong scripting skills

Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD systems

Solid understanding of containers

Experience with SAST/DAST/SCA tools

Cloud experience

Infra-as-Code knowledge

Understanding of Zero Trust, OWASP, NIST, and modern security principles

Nice to Have

  • Background in platform engineering or SRE
  • Familiarity with NCA ECC/CCC cybersecurity controls
