Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Senior MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Management Information Systems, automating reporting processes, and ensuring smooth data analysis for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports and dashboards for various departments.
  • Work extensively with Google Workspace tools including Google Sheets, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), Google Apps Script, and integrations.
  • Design and implement automation scripts using Google Apps Script and JavaScript to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Prepare data analysis and visualization using Power BI for actionable business insights.
  • Manage and maintain data accuracy across MIS systems.
  • Create reports, pivot tables, and dashboards in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and deliver tailored MIS solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation where possible.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, IT, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Looker Studio.
  • Strong skills in Google Apps Script and JavaScript for automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel with advanced formulas, Power Query, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Power BI dashboard creation and DAX formulas.
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
