Position Summary
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies
  • Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials
  • Design logos, brochures, flyers, and digital graphics
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent branding
  • *Communication Management*:
  • Handle internal communications (company-wide announcements, newsletters, digital content)
  • Manage external communications
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy for:
  • LinkedIn
  • Glassdoor
  • Instagram
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media
  • Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
  • Strong graphic design and branding skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Social media management experience (desirable)

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
  • Relevant experience in branding and design

Soft Skills

  • Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
