Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all warehouse operations receiving, material checking, storage, and dispatch.

  • Verify and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.

  • Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and recording of all inventory items.

  • Maintain accurate stock records in ERP or inventory management software.

  • Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material inward and outward movement.

  • Ensure timely dispatch of materials and adherence to delivery schedules.

  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper layout of the warehouse/store.

  • Manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor daily performance.

  • Prepare periodic inventory and material movement reports.

  • Implement FIFO/LIFO methods and maintain stock accuracy.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and audit requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate (preferably in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field).

  • 2–7 years of experience in warehouse/store operations or inventory management.

  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

  • Ability to lead a team and work under deadlines.

  • Familiar with material handling procedures and safety norms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
