As a Videographer/Editor, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage and bringing it to life through editing. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of storytelling, and proficiency in video editing software. You will work closely with our creative team to produce engaging content that aligns with our brands vision.

Role & responsibilities

Videography:

  • Plan, shoot, and produce video content for various platforms (e.g., social media, websites, marketing campaigns).
  • Set up and operate video cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
  • Ensure high-quality audio and video capture during shoots.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard and conceptualize video projects.
  • Capture interviews, b-roll footage, and other essential content.

Editing:

  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Incorporate music, sound effects, voiceovers, and graphics to enhance the storytelling.
  • Ensure videos are edited according to project specifications, deadlines, and brand guidelines.
  • Review and refine video content based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Manage and organize video files and assets efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and sound recording.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to visualize and execute concepts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Familiarity with color grading and correction.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content.
