Job Purpose

Qualification:

Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing/BSc Nursing/M.Sc Nursing

Relevant Experience:

5 + years of experience in field of Nursing Education, Nurse Educator provides in service education to nursing professionals' regarding clinical skills, patient care methods and best collaboration practices. They are responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating clinical programme for nurses.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and overseeing the performance of nurses
• Planning and developing specialty modules.
• Preparing educational and reference materials for the CNE
• Train new team members
• Evaluate nurses' performance
• Staying up to date with the clinical practices and advancement in the medical sector.
• Guiding the nurses in utilizing the right technology while providing care to patient.
• Providing evidence-based training.
• Ensuring adherence to educational policy and procedures.
