Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Robotics Trainer role based in Thane. The Robotics Trainer will be responsible for training individuals on robotic systems, covering areas such as robotic welding, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role also involves hands-on demonstration of robotic operations, mentoring trainees to enhance technical skills, and ensuring their understanding of robotics concepts and practical applications. The position demands in-person engagement and collaboration with learners in a dynamic training environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Robotics and Robotic Welding fundamentals
• Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting of robotic systems
• Hands-on experience working with Robots
• Effective communication and teaching skills to guide and mentor trainees
• Ability to identify and address technical issues during robot operation
• Experience in industrial automation or training is a plus
• Relevant certifications or degrees in robotics or a related technical field
