Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise Daily Operations
  • Monitor CNC/VMC machine operations during shift.
  • Job Allocation & Scheduling
  • Assign tasks to machine operators as per plan.
  • Machine Setup & Readiness
  • Ensure proper tooling, fixture, and program availability.
  • First-Part & In-Process Inspection
  • Check dimensions and quality of machined parts.
  • Production Monitoring
  • Track output, minimize downtime, and meet targets.
  • Manpower Handling
  • Manage operators, helpers, and support skill development.
  • 5S & Safety Compliance
  • Maintain cleanliness and enforce safety procedures.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain shift reports; coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and Planning.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Production / Tool & Die

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a machine shop environment

    Hands-on experience in CNC and VMC machine operation or supervision

    Exposure to tooling, fixture setup, offset setting, and basic programming
  • Team handling and task allocation

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

Basic reporting and documentation skills
