Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engagement Teams: Work closely with cross-functional engagement teams to understand business challenges and requirements, ensuring that automation solutions are aligned with organizational goals.
• Architect Automated Solutions: Design and architect automated solutions that are reliable, scalable, robust, and cost-effective, selecting the appropriate tools and technologies for each specific problem.
• Develop Proofs of Concept (POCs): Rapidly develop POCs to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed automation solutions, facilitating stakeholder buy-in and feedback.
• Pilot Implementation: Lead the implementation of pilot projects based on successful POCs, ensuring that solutions are tested and refined before scaling.
• Scale Automation Solutions: Collaborate with teams to scale successful pilot projects into full-fledged automation solutions that can be deployed across the organization.
• Embrace Emerging Technologies: Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in automation, AI, and robotics, and evaluate their applicability to enhance development processes and solutions.
• Agile Development Practices: Apply agile methodologies to manage development cycles, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changing requirements and priorities.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of automation solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Progressive experience in designing and delivering enterprise technology automations that support business operations.

Proven success in supporting transformational and innovative initiatives in one or more of the following areas:

• Agentic Process Automation
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Business-Enabling Technology Platforms
• Next Gen Technology

Experience with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, SAP Business Process Automation (BPA), Blue Prism, and similar platforms.

Proficiency in SQL and Python is preferred for data manipulation and automation scripting.

Strong management and development skills in building collaborative relationships with third-party vendors and contractors.

Previous experience in FMCG sector is desired.
