Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and versatile DevOps Engineer with 0–5 years of experience (including freshers) to join our technology team. You will contribute to building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation tools that power our healthcare technology platform. If you enjoy working on cloud technologies, automation, and solving real-world infrastructure problems, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support cloud infrastructure management, primarily on Azure, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Write automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.
  • Participate in documentation, code reviews, and deployment processes.
  • Ensure basic compliance with healthcare IT regulations and security standards.

Basic Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Understanding of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Basic scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of version control using Git/GitHub.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and API integrations.
  • Understanding of healthcare IT systems and compliance standards.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • DevOps certifications or training programs are a plus.
