We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Financial record-keeping and maintenance

2. Preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)

3. Accounts payable and accounts receivable management

4. Budgeting and forecasting

5. Financial analysis and reporting

6. Compliance with accounting standards and regulations

7. Internal control and audit support

*Requirements:*

1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

2. Professional certification (CA, CPA, or ACCA) preferred

3. Proven accounting experience

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally)

6. Excellent communication and organizational skills

*Nice to Have:*

1. Experience with financial planning and budgeting

2. Knowledge of financial regulations and standards

3. Familiarity with ERP systems
