About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable
Overseas Education Counselor
who can guide students through their study abroad journey. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand students' career aspirations, and expertise in international education systems, universities, and visa processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities across countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.
  • Guide students in choosing the right course, university, and country based on their academic background, career goals, and financial capability.
  • Assist students in preparing applications, SOPs, LORs, and other admission documents.
  • Provide guidance and support in visa application and documentation.
  • Keep up-to-date with international education trends, admission procedures, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, seminars, and workshops for students and parents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and partners abroad.
  • Track students' progress and follow up to ensure timely completion of applications and admissions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an overseas education counselor/advisor (preferred 1–3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of international education systems, admission procedures, and visa processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and counseling tools.
