Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager specializing in Marketing & Sales, located in Roha. The role involves identifying and cultivating business opportunities, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, maintaining relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and preparing regular reports on business performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Marketing Strategies, Market Research, and Analysis
  • Experience with Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to meet targets, work collaboratively, and handle multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the dyes or chemical manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site at the Roha facility
