4 + Yrs experience (on completion of graduate) or 7 Yrs experience (on completion of Diploma) in operations and maintenance of Mechanical functions in Multistore Building (Lifts, Fire Protection System, Air conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Systems (ACMV), Building Automation Systems (BAS).

Role & responsibilities :

  • Operations and maintenance of mechanical (Lifts, Fire Protection System, Air conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Systems (ACMV), Building Automation Systems (BAS)) functions and be an assistant for the Manager (O&M).
  • To serve as a point of contact for technical support, manage day-to-day technical operations, and assist in troubleshooting and maintaining O&M functions
  • Their work ensures that tenants and the overall business environment of the IT park to function smoothly and efficiently
  • Actively take part in all strategic decision-making processes of TIDEL PARK LTD and be a leader in driving the companys growth
  • To undertake any other official responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director / Management from time to time.
