Location: Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, Kerala

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Store In-Charge to oversee the operations of our premium Gold and Diamond Jewellery showroom in Panampilly Nagar, Kochi. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in jewellery retail, strong leadership capabilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day store operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Handle inventory control, stock management, and timely replenishment.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product sourcing and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and employee performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the gold and diamond jewellery industry.
  • A valid Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Good understanding of inventory and POS systems.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

Working Hours:

  • Two shifts (Rotational or as assigned):
  • Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
