We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on AI Architect to lead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions. This role is pivotal in building internal AI capabilities, creating scalable solutions for operational efficiency, and driving innovation in client-facing offerings. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, a passion for AI, and the ability to translate business needs into impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Strategy & Architecture:

  • Define and drive the AI architecture roadmap aligned with business goals.

  • Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and platforms.

  • Solution Development:

  • Design and develop AI solutions for internal use within Managed Services (e.g., automation, predictive analytics, intelligent monitoring).

  • Build reusable components and frameworks to accelerate AI adoption across the organization.

  • Client-Facing Innovation:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create AI offerings for external clients.

  • Participate in client engagements to understand needs and propose AI-driven solutions.

  • Drive customer conversations to envision the art of the possible with AI for customers as relevant to the customers industry

  • Technical Leadership:

  • Mentor and upskill teams across the services organization in AI/ML technologies.

  • Establish best practices for model development, deployment, and monitoring.

  • Collaboration & Delivery:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineering, DevOps, and domain experts.

  • Ensure timely delivery of AI projects with high quality and business impact.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in AI/ML solution architecture.
  • Proven hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps practices.
  • Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (US and Canada) for client and internal engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to GenAI technologies and LLMs.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI deployments.
